    RESOLVE CONFLICTS!
***Excerpts from The Golden Rule Revolution by Elaine Parke

During this month, work on your relationships. We all would like to strengthen our bonds with co-workers, family and friends. This is the month to do it. Take time to resolve conflicts you have had with others. Lighten up, give a little, compromise. You will be happier and healthier for the effort.

Pick up the phone or write a letter one day this month. Take a few extra minutes with someone who gives you problems. Try to learn more about their point of view. Life is too short to hold grudges. Forgiving others is a great feeling. Reach out today, perhaps right in your own home.

Goal for the Month: Patch up a relationship with at least one person!

Team members will not only learn about safe bicycling, how to fit a helmet and fix a helmet, they will also learn how to teach others what they know about safe bicycle driving. There are many other benefits for being a team member!

If you are interested in joining the team or have any questions, contact YA in Oil City for information and an application. Applications will be taken until March 28th. A minimum of 10 team members will be selected from the applications received.
